Four refreshing drinks to try at Iftar

Ramazan in Summer can be extremely dehydrating and can cause fatigues. What better way to beat the heat and satisfy your thirst by these four refreshing drinks in Iftar, which will also boost your energy.

Mint Lassi 

Ingredients

300 ml Curd

2 tbsp sugar

1 tray crushed ice cubes

1 tbsp mint

Cumin as required

Method:

Grind all ingredients in a blender and top it with cumin as required.

Falsay ka Sharbat

Ingredients

4 cup falsay

4 cup water

4 cup sugar

Method:

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and the water. After that bring the mixture in a blender and add phalsas to it. Blend the mixture and serve it over ice.

Mango Pulp Delight

Ingredients

2 mangoes

1 cup milk

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp mango pulp

1/2 cup marshmallows

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method:

Cut the mangoes in cubes and put them in a blender. Add all the ingredients and one cup of ice and let it all blend together. Blend till however thin you want the delight.

Honey Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients

1/2 cup ginger juice

1/2 cup lemon juice

4 cups of water

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 black pepper powder

2 pinch of salt

Few mint leaves

Method:

Mix the water, brown sugar, salt and black pepper in a jug. After mixing, add ginger and lemon juice. Serve the drink over crushed ice and mint leaves.
